I hate that. Usually though I can remember a part of the lyrics though so I google what I remember to find out. But when I only remember the tune it drives me crazy cause Im am always like I should know this song.

I hate that!
I also hate it when I try to figure out a song, I know the lyrics, and I sing it to someone (as best as I can) and they are like "I've never heard that song before" and I'm like "DAMN IT, oh yes you have!"
They swear they haven't heard the freakin' song when they have. And I know they have b/c I was there when they heard it! I remember stupid things like that. I can even tell the person what we were doing and even where we were when the song came on!

Yes it does! And if you hum it to other people, either they say they can't recognise it due to your abysmal humming abilities, or else they do and it turns out to be something really shameful that you didn't want anyone to know about.

yes and it REALLY sucks when you phone the local radio station and hum it and they say they won't put you on the air....... and they do lol

you need a guitar or a keyboard, dude. you can feel out the simple bass or rhythm parts...
