I was thinking of getting a scion but after seeing the new honda civics, i changed my mind. Im getting the 07 honda civic by fall this year. Scions are great too but Im seeing too much for them on the road these days. I know that there is a lot of hondas on the road too but honda civics are proven to be a reliable car. And I think that although both of them are stylish, a honda civic is more "upgradeable" with parts that are easily found all over the net such as spoilers, turbo, specialized accessories and stuffs.

Overall, with the competitive price, I would go with honda civics. You wont regret it. My car has been on the road for 10 years. THe thing is so reliable that I expect it to run for another 10 to 15 years. Have you seen 80's hondas on the road? yeah, thats how reliable they are. =)

Civic. I have a '93, which still looks good and has been basically maintenance-free for almost 14 years. I just love that car.

That option is up to you, with two great car manufactures. Prices point about the same ($16,950/$16,960).
I would chose the TC but thats just because I just like the look better.
