I assume you have to find the other two sides and the third angle (which you got).

You know the angle and the side opposite it and you know it's a right triangle.. To get the hypotenuse and the adjacent angle, use the TAN and SIN relations.

tan < = opp/adj (tan 45 = 16/adj)
sin < = opp/hyp (sin 45 = 16/hyp)

Sin = opp / hyp
Cosine = adj / hyp
Tangent = opp / adj

So for your picture you have:

sin of 45° = 16/hyp
look up the sin value in your table and then solve

There are a couple of things that you have to memorize. (Sorry, but there is no way around it):

Sin = opp / hyp
Cosine = adj / hyp
Tangent = opp / adj

So for your picture you have:

sin of 45° = 16/hyp
look up the sin value in your table and then solve

sin = opposite/hypotenuse
cos = adjacent/hypotenuse
tan = sin/cos = opposite/adjacent
sec = 1/cos = hypotenuse/adjacent
csc = 1/sin = hypotenuse/opposite
cot = 1/tan = cos/sin = adjacent/opposite
