In the 1st episode of Naruto. If you're a fan of the 4ht Hokage, you can see him again in Naruto : Hurricane Chronicle cos the anime will show the flashback of small kakashi, obito, rin and of course his sensei the 4th Hokage. The new naruto series which continues from the real plot will start airing in japan on 15th feb 07 just for your information.
