Her own way. You have to see the movie!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was great. She is saying that she has to find her own direction. Im not going to tell you anything else cause that would spoil the movie. . Just Go And Watch.

The song is from the movie Dreamgirls and its about her man taking away her voice and her dreams and she is not going to let him do that, She is going to find her own (voice and dreams) and live them out, without any help from her man.
