We are in middle school and we think we sould be forced to take the four major subjects for 40 minutes each day. Then if you want you can take art gym and others after school. we are all really angery that we have to spend half our day at school!

Heres how it is for us:
Gym: circus stunts or bowling
Art: forced to do stupid fustrating things
Music: learn about compseres for the 7th year in a row!

oh, yeah i forgot that art was an important part if calculating physics and all that stuff. Ask the famos scientists, the will tell you. and about the comunist thing, i was using to describe how the goverment chose what I will do. that is comunisum.

Life is bigger than just the big four. They should be emphasized more, but you also need exercise, and a few electives to expand your horizens. There should be some restructure, getting rid of "Bachelor Living" and so forth and adding personal finance, economics, etc. We need to get a little more serious about education, that's for sure.

I think that the time that you are spending each day in school. Is getting you ready for the real world. There most people have to work at least 8 hours each day to make it in the world. Learning that you have to do things that you dont want to, can make you think about what is a job? Do this now so that you can do the things that you want to do when you get older.
As far as art and gym after school.... there are famous people that are artest and sports. This is a good part of your day.
Stop and enjoy being a kid because you can never be a kid again! Learn what your teachers and adults are teaching to you.

No the system that is in place is not Communism. It is the worlds largest free day care system. See because of labor laws you kids cannot get a job in the mines or a factory. And if we turned you loose on the streets you would get in all sorts of trouble. So we keep you in the next worst thing to prison. Our public school system.

that is just gay...school is an important part of your future. I am 16 years old and in the 10th grade. I know that if i don't take school then I will not get a very good job when i am through with highschool. Going to school 8 hours a day shows dedication. by staying in school employers in your future will know that they can count on you to stay with the job and not quit just because you get tired or it is boring.

What else do you have to do? You aren't of any worth to society yet, you might as well just stay in school and enjoy what they have to tell you. If anything there should be more school, kids today are dumber and more spoiled than ever before. Now go do the dishes so your parents can take a break.

6 hours or so a day 180 days a year. Man you do have it rough. Believe me later you will look back at these times as some of the easiest times in your life.

gym is required by law in some places, and all of these classes are important. of course you dont like them, you're in middle school! besides everyone else spent all of their time at school. you deserve to suffer as much, if not more.

how is it comunism? u r just saying that, because people have the general idea that communism is bad. communism is not bad, just in the past the leaders of countries using this from of government were bad! as for you idea, its ok, good luck getting it approved....

i think you all need to go to your parents & INSIST on being homeschooled.that way you won`t have to listen to school anymore.if you are all intelligent ,then it should`nt take you very long to learn what you need to pass.a lot of people are doing it now.
