1) Expedition Everest (new roller coaster in animal kingdom, way fun)
2) if you can afford it, California grill, best restuarant ever! (second best: Cinderella's royal table, it's awesome to eat IN the castle! but make reservations before you go!)
3) Rockin' Roller Coaster (MGM) tons of fun! try to ride in the front, it's a big thrill
4) Cinderella's Wishing Well (my favorite spot to take pictures) - go through the castle to the "back" and turn immediately right and walk around the castle (there's a path)...along there is the wishing well :)
5) Pirates of the caribeen (it's been renovated and it's fun!)
6) the Living Seas (new NEMO theme)
7) Wishes (MK fireworks, they always make me cry!)
8) Buzz Lightyear Ride (MK, tomorrowland, you get to shoot lasers!)
9) Riding in the front seat on the monorail....but you have to schmooze your way up there
10) Illuminations: Reflects of Earth (epcot fireworks, just amazing, our favorite....there's a beautiful bridge in Italy that's amazing to stand on to watch it)

MAGIC KINGDOM - Mickeys Philharmagic, the "new" Pirates of the Caribbean.
older rides Splash Mountain, Big Thunder Mountain & Space Mountain.
EPCOT - Mission Space, Soarin'
older rides - Test Track
MGM - Fantasmic, Tower of Terror, Rock 'n' Roller Coaster
ANIMAL KINGDOM - Tree ofLife, Dinosaur, Kali River Rapids, Everest.
It also depends on the ages of the people in your group as to who will like what. Been there 3x in the past 5 years and had no trouble riding 90% of the attractions and we went in July/August. Ride the attractions as you come to them and take advantage of FastPass. We had waits of only 20-40 minutes with exception of Soarin' (2 hours & it was worth it).
Go to www.disneyworld.com and do your homework. It will pay off. Also try mousesavers.com.
Have fun.
