a guy i know lent me a couple hundred dollars a few years back and i did pay all but a hundred back, but that was only because he started standing me up on dates.
Anyways, he has contacted me saying that he wants to make a deal, me submit to him and he will forget all about it.
I ofcourse am not going to do this, what should i do?

As I said, I am NOT going to have sex with him....and the reason i didnt finish paying him is because he stood me up and never got into contact with me about the money owed.

Yuck!
As much as I hate to say it, if you have the money then just throw it at the creep and run.
If not, tell him to go ahead and take you to court. You could possibly countersue for the pain and suffering caused by his proposition. It's likely that he's bluffing also and will go away once he realizes that you aren't going to play his game.

Just because he stood you up on dates doesn't mean that you can just not pay him back. A loan is a loan. Either pay him back or let the court decide. Either way, I think you're going to have to give him his money back.
Don't give sex for money because that would make you a prostitute.

Give him the money and have him sign a contract acknowledging the fact that he received the money. If he insists on taking it to court then let him. When the verdict comes in you will probably have to pay him the balance. No more No less.

tell ebay approximately her at the back of schedule cost, and your suspicions approximately being scammed. they'll comprehend that. additionally, tell them you back her money. If she needs to take you to courtroom, and ebay does no longer something that may well be useful you out, basically bypass and clarify to the choose what got here approximately. bypass away out the section approximately giving her beneficial feed returned, yet do point out the style you waited for her money (which did no longer come until an truly late time) and tell him approximately giving her returned all of the money and explaining to her why you have been returning it. It sounds to me like she's basically attempting to get a splash money off you. in spite of everything, that's greater desirable to be secure and un-scammed then sorry and scammed. you probably did the spectacular factor. :) additionally, that woman is being truly impolite to you. in spite of everything, it became her late money that reason the difficulty. i could tell her to be smarter approximately her money and doubtless she does no longer have those problems! And, if she has a difficulty with it, take it up with paypal. it is not your fault she would not have her stuff mutually! do no longer enable her be so impolite.

Does he have anything that you signed saying that you would pay back the amount? If he doesn't he really has no small claim evidence. Don't sell yourself out, that's cheap!

If you didn't sign an "IOU", you don't have to do anything. In order for him to take you to small claims court he has to have legal, written proof.
