Getting a paper cut, jumping up and stubbing your big toe, at the same time biting your tongue, and getting a hangnail while removing an eyelash.

I would say getting a paper cut. On your way to get a bandaid stubbing your toe. As you stand there holding your toe you get an eyelash stuck in your eye. Which makes you get a hangnail. Just when you sit down you bite the inside of your cheek and your tongue yells HELP

Bitting the inside of your cheek or tongue because that doesn't go away for a long time. Every time you eat, talk, chew gum, etc. it gets in the way and you bite it all over again.

Oh they all suck. Hmm I'm going to go with stubbing your toe, because the pain just seems to linger on forever.
