The federal minimum wage has not yet been changed - a bill to increase it passed the House, but was not passed in the Senate, so it can't go to the President for his signature.

Relatively speaking, maybe. A better way to look at it is that last place is gaining on you, Mr. Second-To-Last. Forget concentrating on what others are makng, that doesn't define you. Just reach whatever success you can, either money-wise or otherwise, and be happy. Don't keep that kind of score, you'll drive yourself crazy. Good luck.
