Who SHOULD win is one thing--who's GOING to win is another. I'd put my money on Peter O'Toole, since the Oscar usually goes to someone either dead or making one of their last films (John Wayne, Paul Newman, Peter Finch, and Melvyn Douglas immediately come to mind). O'Toole should have three Oscars by now--Best Actor for LAWRENCE OF ARABIA, THE RULING CLASS, and MY FAVORITE YEAR. Nothing against the other gentlemen, who are all deserving, but I'd put my money on sentimentality this year.
Of course, that doesn't always work--everyone assumed Lauren Bacall was the shoo-in for THE MIRROR HAS TWO FACES, considering her long and unhonored career. But twas not to be.

I think Leonardo DiCaprio should definitely win because he gave an amazing performance in Blood Diamond and he definitely deserves the Oscar!!!!!!!!
