1. Remove tires from car.
2. Throw tires in middle of street.
3. Pour gasoline all over the tires.
4. Light match, and throw on tires.

actually have it in first gear and hold clucth gently apply the acclerator until 4500-5000 rpm is reach and let go of cluth fast and add a little pressure to acclerator!! if you have a automatic put it on nuetral rev till 6000 (needs more revving because of torque converter in all automatic cars) and switch to drive!(but if auto it is not good for the car trans

hahhaah.. if you have a stick-shift (manual), you rev the engine up to 3k or higher (RPM) (hold the clutch while u rev it) and then hit the gas pedal and let it go.
this should get ur tires some good screeching.
