Last we saw, he was a baby and was with her, and Stefano did not know about it. He thought she was with Kristen, but Kristen was locked up in some Carribean fortress. Now we find out he is with Stefano and has turned evil?
By the way, isn't it a bit much, even for a Soap Opera, to age a character about 30 years within a 2-year time span? Am I thinking of the correct character? Hmm, actually, if he is Elvis, Jr., wouldn't he be the son of Elvis, Susan's son? Impossible.

he is named Elvis Jr because Susan thoght she slept with Elvis and he was still alive(stefano dressed as elvis)
But i was thinking of the same question myself. All this happened AFTER the storyline of Sami telling Austin Will was his and AFTER Lucas found out he was his. Also, Belle and Shawn were also on the show. So E.J. should be younger than Will and Sami should be old enough to be his mother!! They should have a better job with the age thing!!

It is crazy how fast characters grow up, but look at how fast Hope and Belle had their babies. One day Hope is barely showing and the next she's in labor! And look how fast Will grew up. Was he ever a baby? Oh well, keeps the story lines moving I guess.
Crazy ol' Susan named him Elvis Jr. because she thought Elvis, the actural Elvis Presley was the dad I think.

ACTUALLY, HE'D REALLY ONLY BE ABOUT 10. HE IS SUSAN AND STEFANOS SON . I LOVE EJ BETTER NOW THAT HE'S A VILLIAN. GLAD THEY GOT RID OF STEPHANIE, SHE'S A BORE.
