Windows VIsta is just what INTERFACE you use to use your computer.
ATT you use to connect to the internet....
VISTA is compatible with all internet connections
ATT Yahoo is compatible with all operating systems...

Most major companies like AT&T and Yahoo DSL are probably focusing very hard to get their software to work with Vista. If it's just and internet cable, then it definetely should.
