It happens to me too. Its fairly common actually.
The most common cause is that your blood pressure is at a constant when you are asleep and lying down. When you stand up, your blood pressure can't compenate quickly enough for that change in posture. Your BP drops a bit momentarily and you get dizzy.
Its a normal thing. If it happens alot, put your feet on the floor for about 30 seconds before you actually stand up.

It's probably due to postural hypotension. Quite a normal phenomenon for some people. Stay in bed for a few minutes after you wake up to normalize your BP-don't get up right away. Or sit in your bed for a while with eyes closed and open them gradually.

Yer i also get this alot... it is due to the fact of getting up to quickly, and the changes in pressure.... best bet is not to stand up right away.... slowly sit up and stay sat up for a couple of seconds then stand up all should be fine :)
