OH Don't feel bad at all! I have not gained any weight in around 7 months either! I eat a really good (and awesome) diet with every food group and everything! I also eat pounds and pounds of candy!!!! Lots of fat! Maybe it just means your metabalism has sped up a bit? I am 13 too, and it might just be the age, or your growing into your body. That's what I think is happening. Just relax, and enjoy being the awesome age of 13~~!!!!!!!!!!

yes it is normal. It depends on how fast your body uses the energy provided by food. As long as you are eating properly there should be no worries.... i used to have the same thing..... i could eat anything and everything and not gain a pound then i hit my 20s and it all went down hill from there.

At age 13, this is very normal. Your body metabolism is very high at your age. You will find you will go through spurts where you will grow and/or gain weight, and then times you don't. This is all very normal.

Yes it's normal as long as your not eating a whole lot and all the time, and if your active.

depends on your age and metabolism. When you are a teenager your metabolism is typically higher so your weight can remain stable. Unless you are seriously underweight don't sweat it. If you are seriously underweight you need to see a doctor for testing.
