if you don't live n Chicago or St. Louis, then drive into one of those city's if you don't live to horribly far away from them and go shopping. or other movies and then window shopping or something. otherwise search "birthday parties""Illinois" on your search engine you should get something. use yahoo local or the equivalent to search birthday parties held here type places near your town. good luck have fun and happy birthday.

Ever thought of having a theme party? Its popular here in California where most parties have themes in their house. you can have like a Mardi Gras, Murderer(where you solve fake crimes with sound effects), Hawaiian, Custume party, ect.
Its fun for everyone to participate in games related to the themes.

rent out a hotel room for one night and invite over like 3 or 4 friends and eat popcorn, watch movies, eat, and swim if they have an indoor swimming pool.
