You produce sperm and semen whether you masturbate or not. Unused sperm are simply resorbed into the body while fresh are manufactured in the testes.
Prostatic fluid (which when combined with sperm emerging from the epididymus form the semen) is produced fairly consistently. Even without masturbation or other sexual outlet, you would probably experience a nocturnal seminal emission (commonly called a wet dream).
If you are a healthy young boy or man, and don't show signs of abornmal fixation on masturbation, there would likely be more concern from a doctor about someone *not* masturbating. That's how completely normal and healthy masturbation is.
While it isn't something to be ashamed of, it is an intensely private issue in our culture, and any practices you engage in should be maintained as a matter of utmost privacy.

If your a male about the age of 15, he knows you masterbate
And why would you care, its not like he does, he'd probably be more concerned if you didnt

If you are a male, especially a teenager, then he knows you masturbate.
Every guy does it, so dont worry. Its natural.
