I like to wear high heels and pantyhose (Tights) and my question is how if i'm a size 7 male shoe am i a size 4 in a high heel?

It's very simple. Men's and women's shoes are not sized on the same chart. A man's 7 and a woman's 7 are not the same size.

And different countries have their own sizing system. So a pair of men's shoes made in the US would not be the same size (the number) as the size length shoe made elsewhere.

So not only do you have to check the gender of a shoe when you buy it, many times you need to check the country it was made in.

I think the general rule of thumb is two sizes larger. I wear a 9 to 91/2 men's show and have got size 11 heels on now.

I think you are about right with the three sizes smaller but women's shoes do not come in size 4. That would be a kids size.

You should be a 9 or 10. I think that's how it works.
