You buy CPs with Dragon Balls or you can sell items in the market and charge CPs. They're a new type of currency that lets you buy things from Market NPC's that you can't buy with silvers.

You can buy a Dragon Ball for 220 CPs and can trade a purchased Dragon Ball for 215 CPs and play the lottery to win nice prizes.
