He may be the "First Gentleman," but he will always be entitled to be called "Mr. President."

Also, in response to dotcombust007, Bill Clinton is *NOT* the first President to have been impeached. Andrew Johnson, seventeeth President of the US and successor to Abraham Lincoln, was also impeached by radical rightists who wanted to control government by fiat.

He would be addressed "Mr. President."
Just like any other former president.
So yeah -- when Hillary and Bill get introduced, it'll be: "Madame President and Mr. President" :)

When some other woman becomes president, whose husband hadn't already been president, that person will be addressed as "First Gentleman" -- if he so chooses. Otherwise, it's just "Mr."

I'm amazed at the ignorance of people who can't even answer a simple question with no political overtones without being nasty and hateful.
Disgusting.

I have heard First Man, or First Gentleman. There would be bigger fish to fry, however, in a Hillary Clinton Presidency, than what to call her husband. She would not be a good President. She is a shrew, and would not represent our country well. She is the flip side of Bill; whereas he was an aw-shucks hillbilly with no moral center, she is an angry b***h with no moral center. I don't blame her for being angry, but I don't want someone that angry in a position to have her finger on The Button.

Former President Clinton. Once a president, they are always addressed as such. But if we as American people are unfortunate enough to have her elected, I can not wait to hear all the "first lady" joke that will go around...

Madam President, same as when he was in office? :-P (Sorry, couldn't resist) -- seeing as we've never had a woman president, I doubt anyone's coined a term for the First Husband (?) yet. Think I'll watch this one & see what ppl come up with - GREAT QUESTION!!

Technically yes, first gentleman. However, as a former president, he would be Mr. President.
