The Cardinals have been good for a few years now, last year they finally put the puzzle together and won it all.I look for a repeat of last years fall classic with St Louis and Detroit buttin heads again. Detroit reminds me of the Cardinals in 04 when they played Boston they got there jocks handed to them, but it just made the team hungrier.I look for the Tigers to take a page out of their book and be crowned World Champs real soon

I like the Red Sox over the Dodgers in 6. The Sox pitching staff will live up to the expectations, JD Drew will be on the DL for only 17 days, Coco will hit again. Manny will be Manny but hit. Hansen will end up closing, and do it very well. The Sox will win the east and sweep through the playoffs until the Series.
Nomar will have another great year, so will Derek Lowe, Brad Penny, Saito, Furcal and Luis Gonzalez
The MVP will be JD Drew.

Right now I gotta say the Angels and Phillies.
I think the Sox will win the East but will choke in the playoffs.
I think the Phills just have a great core of young guys and are going to pull of a great season as well as win the World Series.
Watch out of for Angel young stud Howie Kendrick!
Go Cubs

The Red Sox are going to beat the Cardinals in the World Series, just like in 2004.
Here's Why: The Red Sox have by far the best rotation in the league: Daisuke Matsuzaka, Curt Schilling, Jonathan Papelbon, and Josh Beckett (plus Jon Lester, when he recovers). You can't get much better than that. Plus they have their core group of players on offense (Ortiz, Manny, and V-Tek), plus some extras (J. D. Drew- health permitting, Lowell, Coco, Youkilis, Lugo, etc.) They will be the team to beat this year.

I would choose the Detroit Tigers because they have the heart of a winning team. People may doubt them but they remind me of the 2004 Detroit Pistons. PPl doubted them and they went on 2 the championship and won it.
