i went to fix a friends computer yesterday,and everytime i tried to do something i kept getting an "Intruder Alert Message".About 50 At a time.then a box kept popping up telling me to download "Norton Anti Roaches",and then the computer shut off and wouldnt come back on.so i opened the tower to see what could be wrong,and hundreds of roaches came flying out.Could this have been the problem?Can software detect roaches in the Tower?Where Can I get her a Valid Copy Of Norton AntiRoaches?I

It actually called Norton Anit Narcotics, just tell him to stop hiding his drugs in there and it will be fine.

Boot into safe mode. Once there, open the registry. go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Intel\LANDesk\VirusProtect6\CurrentVersion and create a new value. name it Roaches, and set the value to 0. This should get rid of the roaches for you.
