There are the basic rules and regulations for those who receive public assistance on the HUD website. You might also need to contact your local Housing Authority, as HUD has allowed them to make their own "administrative plans". The APs are in place to specifically tailor the HUD guidelines to each area. (It addresses the needs of the community, demographics, etc.)

There is no particular rules to follow besides only occupants listed on your voucher is to reside in the home w/you. You report any changes in your income or family size to the state!

Follow your landlord rules of the lease. Also the landlord is to abide with Section 8 rules and regulations set aside for them also

RULES.. LOTS OF THEM.. each state has different rules and so does each landlord.. Sect. 8 is a PAIN in the BUTT.. (been on it for years).. If u have specific ?'s feel free to write and ask me..
