Yes, now answer me this: Did the president not lie to us?

The president is a politician... they all tell lies. So, yes, he did lie to us. Normally with just enough truth sprinkled in to cover them up.

Yes...and so has every president. Don't think George Bush is the only president to ever, let's say, "stretch the truth."

I guess that depends on to which instance you are referring. In his most recent State of the Union address, it would appear that he was less than factually correct on several subjects. Did he misstate things intentionally, or just overgeneralize in his enthusiam? Or make the usual empty promises of a politician? Or all three?
I guess the conclusion at which you'd arrive would depend first of all on your estimation of Bush's intelligence - is he even smart enough to have all the facts?

He always lies, where are the weapons of mass destruction in Iraq?? Saddam Hussein is gone, I wounder then why he wants to take more troops over there??? If so don't you think he should come with those troops and fight too????

All politicians stretch the truth. Usually they say what they think people want to hear, whether it's the truth or not.

I can't think of one that hasn't but Bush has been caught in more lies than anybody else I know.
