Let's face it;
I'm too young to be pregnant and have kids, but I can't wait until I have them! What is pregnancy like though?

It does feel, to a point, like you are imagining; you feel full/complete and kind-of warm and fuzzy all over. But there is a lot more to it than that. There are the physical symptoms which are different for everyone, I feel sick to my stomach, all the time. I feel hungry, tired, some places ache. It feels cool when the baby kicks but it seems to suck the energy out of you. There are a lot of emotions, the biggest one is worry/fear, and this is my third baby. I am worried if I will be a good enough mom to take care of three children, I am worried that something will happen to me or to the baby. I am worried that there will never ever be enough money. I am worried I will lose the last fifteen minutes I can scrape out of my day for myself. But it isn't only worries, I am sooo happy too. I am really proud. I am really excited. And I'm even a little sad, this will be my last pregnancy and I like being pregnant.
Birth is scary, and exciting, and a lot of work. All of this is magnified 1000 times if it is your first baby and most of us are afraid of labor going into it.
You are right to wait, and right to ask. It can be (in moments) as romantic and wonderful as you are hoping but don't delude yourself, it can be hard, painful, scary, and incredibly tiring.

Kinda crappy. I am very happy and excited to be pregnant and have a child but feel yucky a lot of the time. You may feel sick to your stomach a lot, you're tired, nothing tastes good, you vomit if you don't eat enough or if something doesn't agree with you, certain smells and even looking at food makes ya sick, wake up in the middle of the night with nausea, etc. This is how many women feel during the first trimester. I can't wait to be out of it! If you are young please wait to get pregnant!

I was anxious to have kids to but dont get ahead of yourself. But to be completely honest the fisrt 3 or 4 months sucked because of morning sickness and you do get tired of being pregnant but it is the most incredible feeling in the entire world. But be patient. i had mine when i was 17 got pregnant at 16. There is no better feelin in the world than being a mom except holdin your little one for the very first time. But again be patient.

Very tired. Hormone rages. Confuse, happy, anxious, excited and uncertain. ALL of the above.

You will experience all these symptons when you are ready to have a family? What is the hurry?

the beginning for me was horrible, the second trimester was a little better but i wouldn't say it was great as far as being very emotional and worried and now that i am around 30 weeks i am finding it to be very bad, uncomfortable and annoying, but im still excited

It's amazing! It is indescribable.....it's the most wonderful feeling...knowing that you are growing this beautiful child that you share (hopefully) with someone that you love. I couldn't wait to see whose features my children had (I have twin boys - one looks like me and one looks like my husband). Feeling the kicks and all the movement....I feel bad for men b/c they will never know how it feels to have a baby grow inside you.
