Well there's a 1 in 4 chance that you'll have the opposite conference's SB team as your non-conference division, and a 1 in 3 chance for your same-conference SB team if they're not in your division.
So thats a 1 in 12 chance of meeting both SB teams if they're not in your division, assuming you didnt make it to the conference title game, which would mean you'd get them scheduled in as one of your standings-group matchup.
You decide if its coincidence, or just collateral damage from the NFL's conspiracy against the Raiders taking the rest of the AFC West down with them :)

a million Patriots (tremendous offseason, with the aptitude of an enormous bust, i imagine they are going to both bypass 7-9 or 14-2... no mediocre season for this movie star studded forged of heros. both Brady/Moss will be triumphant, or a huge bust in gruesome McNabb/Owens trend) 2 Colts (With Manning and Harrison, victory is continuously probable... in the adventure that they could pull off abode container contained in the playoffs, assume yet another Superbowl run) 3 Steelers (Down very last 3 hundred and sixty 5 days, yet nonetheless with the skills of the Superbowl winners of two years in the past, assume a Patriot-like go back at the same time as those proficient gamers come decrease back hungry... the recent Offensive scheme has the aptitude to bust, or will make Santonio Holmes and Heath Miller the celebrities they are often) i recognize... no NFC communities. perhaps there'd be one in case you requested fo the proper 7 likely communities to win the Superbowl.

all but two teams from the Chiefs schedule are set in stone each year.
Here are 14 of the 16 games
6 games - each team in their own division home and away
4 games - one of the other three divisions in the AFC on a rotating basis
4 games - one of the four divisions in the NFC on a rotating basis
For the remaing two games, they play the team from each of the other two AFC divisions that finish in the same slot they did (IE.2nd)

The Cheifs couldn't play the Bears because the Cheifs are AFC and the Bears are NFC. That would be impossible to play without a meeting in the Superbowl. Plus the Cheifs will have to learn to play D to get into the Bowl
