You have to remember one very important things about selling on eBay: 80% of items don't sell with the first listing.
There are thousands of items in every category every day. There are millions of items listed on the entire site. And that doesn't include international items from other countries.
It may have nothing to do with the bag, or your listing. But just the competition to sell is so high, and there often are more items than buyers.
Your asking price is reasonable. The pictures are fine. The description is detailed. And the bonus is tempting. But there are just too many other items for sale at any given time for most things to sell on the first try.
If it doesn't sell, then try again. If you still can't get a buyer, then try lowering your price, or listing it in more than one category, like jewelry boxes and bags, which eBay allows.

maybe arden just isnt popular or there are just too many handbags on ebay

those sort of bags are not in style.
the ones you see now are huge.
plus it looks more like a makeup bag.

this is the wrong season. try late spring early summer when it is not too hot and not too cold to try and look glamorous.
