Totally going the CHEAPEST way out... being a student, I totally use a little olive oil on my cuticles. Its super healthy and cheap. As for the growing, just go with the Sally Hansen Growth Formula for Nails. But seriously... the olive oil works amazing.

use a cuticle stick to push your cuticles and use nutra nail. this will make your nails grow. use nutranail maximum 10.

sally hansen is the best. Go to the drug store and they have different treatments for problem nails.
