a feature maybe but a physical one? - I wouldn't say so. "physical" implies something tangible - a voice is not tangible.

Although it is not a visible feature like the eyes or the lips, the voice is physical because it is considered to be part of the human body. If you are a woman with a deep voice, it is considered to be "sultry" and turns most men on. In music, deep women's voices are usually considered alto, but their are some tenor and bass women. If you are a man, your voice will turn some women on and in music your voice would be considered bass, although some men can have higher-ranging tenor, alto or even soprano voices.

I wouldn't say it is a "physical" feature. To me, a physical feature would have to do with a persons appearance.

I would assume so.
A sexy voice is a turn on, so YES a physical feature it is!

My first thoughts would be no, but then again what else could you really classify a voice as?

I would say that it is. We are born with our voice quality and depth. I believe we inherit our voice quality and tone from our fathers; however, please do not quote me on that one.
