i just got a bluetopth for my razr, and whenever i get a call, the thing never rings, why is this happening?

have you paired it to the handset yet?
if you go to Motorola.com and click "support" and put your model # of your headset, you can d/l pairing instructions (they should have come WITH the handset.)

turn-off the bluetooth. it wil automatically switch off the speaker tone when bluetooth is activated. tone disturbances will affect transmitting data using bluetooth because of the frequency used from quartz crystal.
