What if someone fell and really seriously hurt themselves?
You could be sued for the injuries caused, not to mention fired.
If I fell, I would probably be paralysed as I have severe, permanent neck injuries. And I can tell you for a fact that if you did that to me, I would sue you for everything you had or will ever have.
