I have a lap top that the pixels are set 1024 by 768 pixles but the color quality is @ 8?

It does not give me more options for the color quality how do i change that so that i can get 16?

You need to download a new video driver from the manufacturer's web site. So, if it is an HP, go to www.hp.com.
