Its the 3rd date and nothing has happened as of yet. I think she is kind of submissive and shy so I think if I want anything to happen I am going to have to make the first move. IS that a bad thing? We will be having brunch and basically I want a kiss or something. I mean damn. How is the best way to go about it? I mean its an afternoon thing and I have never been the initiator. Any help please. Someone suggested I just plain ask. What do you think?

just go in for it but only go like 80% and wait for her to come to you. you wont be forcing her to do it... but you'll be showing her that you want to.
Its not a bad thing, someones got to make a first move sooner or later so why shouldnt it be you. I really think you should go for it and good luck!!

The best thing is to kiss upside down in the rain like on Spider man....
hehe...the same kinda thing happened to me....when i went in to kiss her...i hesitated and then we just cuddled...but then i was really going to and she kissed me first! and then she cheated on me...so ya
I suggest you go for it....the movies make it look easier than it actually is....just gotta DO IT!!!

You can ask her I think that would be ok. But you can also just read the signs she is giving you. If this is your third date then she definitely likes you so I say go for it.
