All depends on your personality. Perhaps when you engage in your first serious relationship, or maybe in high school. You have to ask that question to yourself based upon the clothes you wear, the way you act, the people you hang out with, everything about your life could affect that answer. Don't worry just be you, don't try and change yourself because you would be ruining one great thing.

I tend to think of a woman becoming girly and that happens in their 30's.

Well, I guess it depends on the girl. I'm fourteen and I'm not girly, but my sister is eleven and she's way girly

about the age of 4ish, they start to play with dolls, like the colour pink and attempt to put on their mothers makeup only to realise they have smother lipstick all over their cheeks and forehead
