For school I have to get infront of the class and hold a class disscuison about this peom. I need atleast four disscussion questions but I can only think of two. Please help.

Look up, mirror Sylvia Plath. Lots and lot of discussion of this very piece. Read it, and read the poem aloud a bunch before you attempt to lead a discussion. you will be much more at ease if you feel well prepared even if you don't have to do ll the talking. Good luck.

1. why does the mirror consider itself truthful and the candles and the moon liars?
2. What is your opinion about the woman who is so distressed by becoming old?
3. do you find the mirror to be cruel and unfeeling? Should it be any other way?
