Hmm...well, if the fight were a lengthy one, my money would be on Jason Bourne as he's at least 15 years younger than Jack Bauer and would have more stamina. In a sneak-up-and-take-em-down type scenario, Jack would be more experienced and would have Jason no bother. If the screaming women egging them on were allowed any input, Jack would win as Jason looks like a big potato.

In a fight with no weapons, Bourne wins hands down. Jack does seem to have 9 lives though. Fight scenes were much better in Identity than Supremacy.
