If they wanted to, the NCAA could strip SC of all their wins in 2004 if Bush is guilty. The NC should go with that also.

In the context that you're putting it, no, BUT.......

USC lost the Heismen AND the 2007 national championship when Dwayne Jarrett declared for the NFL Draft!

You're discussing the reactions of 3 separate bodies here. The BCS decides the NCAA Football National Champion, the Heisman is awarded by the Downtown Athletic Club of New York, and eligibility rules for games are decided by the NCAA.

Bush could be ruled "retroactively ineligible" for all the games he played while at USC. So, to answer your question: Yes, and then some. Not only could USC lose its Heisman and its MNC, but it could also lose its undefeated seasons and possibly the record number of games won.

The National Championship maybe but Bush didnt win that all by himself. The Heisman i think so
