There's a Star on One Life To Live.........She's the daughter of Blair and Todd (Manning) and is around 15 or 16 years old........Is that the one you mean???..........If so she's alive and well........CAT

If you are talking about Tammy on The Guiding Light ---she died. I cried so much! I felt so bad for Jonathan. It broke my heart to hear him cry.
