buy a more expensive eyeliner.
it really does make a difference.

If you wear it everyday it will be worth it and will last you longer!

I suggest going to a department/beauty store and testing them out. Have the girl behind the counter show you how to apply it.

Tell her of your problem and she can tell you which would best suit you and how you are applying it wrong.

Also, did you know taking a qtip and dipping it in babyoil will take that eyeliner that has fallen right off from under your eyes. It will not ruin that soft sensitive skin under your eyes by using this method either!

Goodluck!

Are you talking about your eyeliner on your lid or under your eye?

If on the lid, try a make-up line called "Milani" which you can find in any CVS. It's fairly inexpensive ($3.99 but there often are B1G1 FREE promotions) and it glides right on and never smears! There are about 8+/- colors, my favorites are "Espresso" and "Creme Brulee". Milani also has great lip liners to chose from at around the same price. Oh and by the way, both the eyeliners and lip liners are self sharpening (just twist to bring up more). No more messy eyeliner shavings! There's also more to their product line, i.e. lipsticks, eye shadows, etc.

As far as eyeliner under the eye, forget about it! I have tried every product every-which-way, and I always end up looking like either a raccoon or a battered wife! My daughter has given up on eyeliner under the eye, too, for the same reasons.

You may be applying to much of it. I tried putting eyeliner on, then putting a similar color eyeshadow over it. As far as which is the best, it's all trial and error. Haven't found one yet that stays completely on.Unless you wanna try liquid or a permanent one.

okay, first get a eyeliner, that is not like a panit brush look, you want the yeliner brushes to be thin, and to be able to stick together. (i would go to a store like ULTA it has people that really know answers to eyeliner problems ,like buying them) so what u do is, get your eye ready, just put one thin line,on your eye white line, and do it quicly, .now move away from the eyeliner, so it will look lke one small dab of eyeliner is one u, but this is the secret, people tend to stress putting eyeliner, but just putting a small line at a time,u can get it perfect with messing up, and if you want mascara with the eyeliner put water proof mascara.

i have a similar problem of my eyeliner showing up underneath my eye and a few swear by Urban Decay Primer. It's not a sealant but they said it really keeps your eye makeup in place for this sort of problem. Others have said that the SheLaq looks and feels plasticky so I won't try that one.

spend a little extra money to get a better one, such as bobbi brown, mac, clinique or lancome
you can also get a liquid eyeliner to put on top which may stay longer

i use the maybelline cool effect liner, in the black frost color...it's a stick but it's more powdery so it goes on better, and i use a
q-tip to even it out on the top and it works great, plus it stays on all day
