I've used both, and I prefer TurboTax. Especially if you don't know a lot about taxes.

I did my taxes on both this year and TurboTax got me more money. I used the interview on both programs Taxcut first then TurboTax. TurboTax interview led me to irs site to clarify a job related expense and an extra $200.

I have found taxcut to be better, unless you use quicken for your finances, then maybe turbotax

I've never used either because I prepare them professionally but the one that is talked about more is Turbo Tax.
Just don't go to H&R Block - thye are idiots that hire people that flunk the final.

Use Tax Cut, I found it easier to use.
