I'm at a college and here if I plug my laptop directly into the wall I can see everyone shared itunes folder over the LAN. However, I recently had to change that set up to allow my wireless router to be plugged into the wall for my Wii (yea for Wii), so now both my laptop and my Wii get internet access but because my router assigns me a 192.0.0.0 base address and the schools network is a 10.0.0.0 base address my itunes only looks for other shared folders with 192 addresses and no one else is on my router. I need to know if there is a way to make it so that I tunes will look at my external 10 base ip address so that I can view everyone else's shared folder, and no I don't want to just plug my laptop back into the wall again. Thanks.

Well to answer your question -

ITunes can not be shared over multiple networks - it must be assinged to a common port (and/or) network ISP, in your case 10.0.0.0

I know this from working with Itunes at my college where I'm a boarded and we have two networks at the college. We can views shared Itunes at the boarding homes but the seperate college link will not allow us to view the Itunes.
