FDR was the president who helped america get through the Great Depression.....He started the New Deal and many others..he helped America recover from the depression and prepare for WW2

History will always honor FDR for fearless and competent leadership throughout the Great Depression and WWII. Also for creation of the New Deal and Social Security.
