well duh, i mean, who else gave me that ballet barbie thing when i was seven??? lol jk. i actually have no clue. i think he was just kinda based on someone, but yeah. haha.

The man Santa is based on was real. There really was a St. Nicholas. He was from Patara, Greece and a very generous person, especially to children.

certainly as the Legend of Santa Claus was based on the real life person of Saint Nicholas a priest who helped the poor
