I wanna know if anyone can give me a estimate of how much I should receive just for pain and suffering. I know this is hard to do off top but I need serious answers only becausw i dont wanna get ripped. Thanks

You are the one who is ripping someone off for a law suit Things happen in this world that we sometimes have no control over. Anything more that $0.00 is a rip-off.

There is too much of a sense of entitlement in this country.

Hubby and i were both in a very serious car accident and Areomed by helicopter almost 3 1/2 months ago...hubby has the same problems as you do. But we went to our doctor and told him we need to see a pain doctor. therapy and chiropractor wasn't helping. Well he got an MRI done of his neck and the base of his skull. He has several ruptured disk in his neck. therapy wasn't working. He is getting cortisone shots to help. But NO Chiropractor he could due more damage to the nerves. If that don't work then surgery. Everyone is different.
We saw one attorney ..they told him and me we did not have any cases. Then we saw another attorney and he and myself both have our own case. I am estimating it could be anywheres between more then $50,000 to $200,000 or even more..lawyers want more for them selves so you get more too. before the attorney gets his cut and pay. I am hoping for more. Because hubby will have a lot of problems with the pain in his neck for the rest of his neck.
We do not want to get ripped of either because we know we would of that's why we got an attorney involved. the other persons car insurance would of only pay about $50,000 only if that. Also please don't sign off on any of the car insurance for your medical bills cause they pay for it the rest of your life as long as it is related to the car accident. also get an MRI done of your back and neck ...could be pinched nerve and ruptured disk.
see another lawyer as long as you did not sign anything with that one.

Your Lawyer should know that since he or she doesn't have a medical liscense or a Chiropractic liscense that he or she shouldn't be offering medical or chiropractic advice. It would be like a DC telling you not to sue since it wouldn't do any good. Here is the question you need to ask yourself: Do I feel better? Have I noticed a change in any my posture or movements? If not do I think it will be good for me to continue care or do I need to look elsewhere?

Ask these questions to yourself. If you decide to discontinue care or have questions talk to your DC. It can be rather disappointing to have a patient just stop coming in when you don't know what happened or what went wrong. It isn't a good feeling, remember they are people too.

just to characteristic to MSAD's diagnosis, in the journey that your insurance employer chooses to no longer settle and leaves your components uncovered, you're able to be waiting to sue the insurance employer for undesirable faith exposure, according to the implied covenant of stable faith and honest dealing. this relies upon on your state, so communicate to an lawyer. you will additionally decide to communicate on your individual lawyer. don't depend totally on the insurance employer attorneys, as they do no longer inevitably symbolize your pursuits.

you and your lawyer should both go to hell. the lawyer obviously doesn't want you to get treatment because the more suffering you're going to be in, the more $$$ he'll be getting in that lawsuit. i hope the pain you're in is worth it.
