No, I don't drink the milk at the bottom of the bowl.. but sometimes I add more cereal until the milk is all gone.. go figure

Yeah.. Most of the time.. Unless i'm being forced to eat a bad tasting cereal... Then it just taints the milk.

Usually not. Unless the milk is very creamy then I will slurp the whole lot. It has to be very delicious milk for that to happen, though.
