Eye of the Tiger? Usually you get pumped up by listening to Hip Hop not uhh, whatever Eye of the Tiger is. Listening to that would make you play like you were prancing in a meadow of daisies. But ya I'd have to say

Try a mix of old school and new stuff. This keeps it culturally and demographically appealing for all. Clean versions of all are crucial Of course, obscure songs will do nothing, but played out ones are even worse. I used to get very fired up running out to "Eye of the Tiger". It has that build up in the beginning and then it ramps right up and is appealing to everybody.
