Hollister has some really cute khaki cargo pants right now. They're a little more casual, if you're allowed to wear them.

For collared shirts [I'm assuming you mean button-downs, but you can get polos at these places, too.], you can get cute ones at A+F, abercrombie, Hollister, Ralph Lauren, the Limited, Express, Gap, Old Navy, American Eagle or Forever 21. You'll spend less at the last 4, but the first 6 are totally worth the splurge.

american eagle, hollister, and abercrombie all have really cute kahki pants and polos.. in all different colors, patterns, and lengths.. wear a lot of bracelets.. bangles or beads look really cute, but make sure they match.. also, don't wear sneakers every day.. some days it's fine.. but try to mix and match with like uggs or ballerina flats... your dress code can be cute when you accessorize =]
