Didnt your momma tell you theres no such thing as free? She was right. Well if ur divorcing then you will have to at least pay for the courts fees and filing fees. depending on ur state and all prob about 100 bucks or so. And thats if ur divorce is no contested and you both agree on everything and you dont have kids

a free divorce is called an annulment and you must be newly wed and had circumstances that made your judgment impaired. other then that you cane download free divorce forms at many websites,, i will list the best one below. however, you will still have to pay a filing fee in order to actually get the divorce. www.freedivorceforms.net

One quick answer: If you did, then remember that divorce is also a part of it and u gotta pay for it. Its a business in its own right. And you want it to be free... jeez man get a grip.... it wont be free on this entire planet anywhere...

unless there is a prenup any assets acquired when together usually are split in half buy selling then dividing up the proceeds.
If it has only be a short time of marriage you may be able to get an annullment but really any divorce will cost you.

AGREE ON WHO GETS WHAT WILL HELP. THERE IS SUCH A LEGAL DIVORCE CALLED " NO FAULT DIVORCE" I THINK , CALL A LAW FIRM AND ASK SECRETARY OR I THINK THERE IS A PLACE TO GET LEGAL ANSWERS. GIVE THEM A BUZZ. CHECK THE INTERNET ON " NO FAULT DIVORCE " IT MAYBE HELPFUL. IT MAY DEPEND ON THE STATE WHERE YOU RESIDE.

don't get married. divorce isnt free not close. but if your a loser and don't have much $$$ or possesions it will be cheaper. then someone who has more things
