the anal fin of a male is tubular shaped (gonopodium) and fanned on a female. Female has a dark spot(gravid spot) near the anal opening.

Actually, it's not the dorsal fin. The male has a gonopodium, located under the belly; the female does not. Also, the female is a little larger than the male, not as colorful, and almost always has a distinct dark spot at the anal opening when she is ready to release her young.

There is a "fin" on the bottom that will be long and thin on the male and fanned out on the female. Pictures here:

males are quite smaller then the females, and male have gonopodiam just near to the anal fin whereas female don't have one.
